It adds many lines using only the vanilla voice. The lines feel like a natural add on to vanilla and are very well done, I would definitely recommend keeping this even if you don't like the newer versions of SDA. You'll still have commentaries for the main quest, etc. but it's lightweight. Combine with Serana Dialogue Edit for a good experience.

Just finished the mod (I think? Unless Serana has more to say) and I liked it overall and recommend it but the romance felt way too rushed.
