If I craft its epic version, it does indeed create the epic overwatch but it does not consume the rare overwatch, so I can still craft a new one. This brought me to a situation where I have one epic overwatch on my stash to fill the wall, one epic overwatch which I use …So now if you already had it equipped prior to the update, you're stuck with it. Funny, I think I have a different issue than everyone else: When I open Wilson's (2nd Amendment's) inventory, Dying Night simply isn't there to get. I've never had it, and I have the quest to go get it. But there is no Dying Night to get. Unlike regular Cyberware, you just need to open your menu and view the Cyberware section of your inventory.
