The problems I had were 1) Nobody would ever return phone calls 2) They sent my mortgage to underwriting the day AFTER my mortgage was due to be fully approved because of the mortgage contingency. Mr.Cooper is by far the worst. They screwed up our escrow payment, no one there has any correct answers and the story is different every time. The 5 star reviews here are bought reviews.
