So if you go to one vendor and you sell him 1,400 caps worth of stuff, he will have 0 caps. When you go to another vendor they will also have 0 caps. I think there’s a 20-24 hour cool down. So it seems they paid .5 cap per ammo and you got taxed the 10%. Something fishy there. maybe the game saying we're overcharging.
