Pit Boss WiFi/Bluetooth controller help. Hello all, I have a Pitboss 1100 Pro series and I recent just bought a new WiFi/Bluetooth controller for it from the Pitboss website. The controller just came in and I installed it. Install was pretty straight forward and I had no issues with that. However, I cannot get it to connect to the Smoke iT app.I have a PB710T1 grill that was not wifi. I purchased the wifi control board from Pit Boss. Installation was very simple and everything seemed to work up to the point of trying to get the grill to connect through the Pit Boss app. My phone can see the grill in the bluetooth devices under settings but the app cannot see it.
